I designed this space with one goal in mind. To create the kind of apartment I’d want to stay in myself: clean, peaceful, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with every little thing you might need.

This is a brand new garden apartment, built in 2025, with a modern, luxurious design in creamy tones. The private garden is a rare find in Vienna, perfect for quiet mornings with a cup of coffee or dinners outdoors.

Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms and a bright living space, all filled with thoughtful touches. One bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed, and in the living room, the sofa opens into a bed for two people. Whether you’re cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and all the basics and beyond, unwinding in the living room with AC, or enjoying a peaceful sleep on freshly made beds, the space is designed to feel like a calm retreat from the city.

I’ve included everything I could think of to make your stay easy and enjoyable. High-speed WiFi, a big TV, a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, shampoo & conditioner, and for those with kids: a crib and high chair, fall protection for kids’ beds, and even some toys.

There’s tea and coffee waiting for you, and a little welcome gift just to make you smile when you arrive.
