'Friendly staff, quiet, clean, safe, comfortable.'

'Locatie is prima vlakbij the mall of America. Verder is dit hotel dringend toe aan renovaties. Het tapijt was vies, de waterdruk in de douche was zeer laag en de deur van de badkamer was verzakt en klemde. Het geheel gaf een versleten indruk. '

'The room was clean the lobby waiting area needed to be vacuum everyday that we waited on the shuttle the same crumbs were on the floor until I checked out 4 days later. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.'

'Service was goed, na de eerste nacht bleek dat matras niet goed was, gemeld en mochten direct naar een andere kamer. Shuttle dienst van luchthaven/hotel was soms een beetje lang wachten maar prima. Ontbijt was ronduit slecht. hele beperkte keuze, 1 soort ontbijtgraan, pannekoekjes en wit brood met alleen jam als beleg. De vermeldde gratis koffie/thee en water is niet op de kamer maar alleen in de entreehal te halen.'

'This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were rude the room was so hot with the AC blasting. It felt like I was in a microwave. This stay completely ruined the start of my vacation because I’m absolutely exhausted from not being able to sleep. The worst part is that they charge you to park there!!! Stay clear. Pick the next hotel!'

'Great surprise. I wasn’t expecting something so good, but I definitely got it. For the price, this hotel is amazing! Clean, quiet, and relatively safe. It’s not a Hilton that costs $700 a night, so it’s not glamorous but I felt safe, enjoyed the hot tub, and spent four days relaxing with my partner. That’s a win for me.'

'When I first checked in I had to wait for a staff member to show up at the front desk for at least 20 minutes. There was mold in the bathroom, the toilet constantly ran. Reported it to the front desk it was never rectified. There was blood stains on one of the bath towels. I mentioned it to housekeeping but when she brought different towels there were several black stains. I would have left but I was from our of state attending a wedding for a close relative and no other lodging was available...

'Een typische Super 8. Eenvoudig, maar schoon. Ontbijt is erg basic. Ik vond deze Super 8 wel aan renovatie toe. Ook de waterdruk in douche en toilet was erg laag.'

'I was surprised at the good rating. You get what you pay for. The property is very outdated. We tried a couple rooms and they all had a stink to them. The bathroom walls had hair on them and the tub was very discolored. The hot tub wasn't too hot. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast didn't offer much. I was grateful for the coffee. The AC worked very well and the shower offered hot water. No fridge or microwave or much counter space if traveling with more than 1 person.'

'This is a fantastic hotel for a family. First the waterpark. Super fun for adults and kids. They offer food and drinks for kids and adult beverages. The hotel has a bar and restaurant . But there is a Dave and Busters in the parking lot, Chic filet across the street , Dollar Tree , Crumbl Cookie and any other eating place or shopping place you could imagine is right there. Room was nice with bunk beds for the kids. Big parking lot. Would stay again for sure'
