The sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a bunk bed and single bed, and a second bedroom with a comfortable double bed—perfect for families or small groups. Two balconies offer great spots to enjoy the fresh Alpine air. The gondola is 800 m away, and a winter shuttle bus stops just 100 m from the building. Shops and leisure options are within a 200 m radius for your convenience.

Guests enjoy seasonal free access to the public swimming pool and the Sun&Fun program during high season. Laundry and ski storage facilities are available on-site. Parking is possible based on availability. Optional extras like bed linen, towels, beds made on arrival, and final cleaning are available at an added cost. Tourist tax and a refundable security deposit apply. Pets are not allowed.
