Secluded Country Home in Historic Hoosier Hills
This home has over 1900 square feet living area with attached sunroom and a 50 foot deck with outdoor grill and cooker. Outdoor fire pit with plenty of firewood. The home has a shared bathroom with shower and a master bathroom with soaker tub and shower. There are four private bedrooms and the fifth bedroom with twin beds has a curtain providing privacy from the dining room and living room. You’ll love the property because of the location and the views. The house has 3 tv's with cable (Direct TV). There is a 52 inch flat screen in the common living room, a tv in the master bedroom and a 3rd one in another bedroom The property is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. It Is 30 minutes to Madison, In-15 minutes to Vevay, In, 20 minutes to Belterra Casino, 30 minutes to the Kentucky Speedway, 11/2 hour to Louisville, 1 hr 20 minutes to Cincinnati and less than 1 hr to the Creation Museum.

Indiana getaway

Wonderful Escape

Relax and Unwind
We loved our stay and can't wait to come back! The house was very nice, comfortable and well stocked. We cooked all our meals, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our grandson caught the biggest of many fish caught and we enjoyed many hours on the deck playing games. The people in the area are very friendly and a visit to Shell's for ice cream is a must! Great Place in Vevay!
We brought our grown daughter, her teen and her grown son with wife and 2 babies under 2 yrs. Also, 3 other young adult grand children and a senior aged sister. The place was great. Owner has thought of everything we might need to enjoy our stay. The pictures were accurate, the back deck was fantastic, we used the fire pit one night and it was great. We saw all kinds of wildlife. Caught alot of fish but put them back. Easiest owner to deal with, very flexible and kind.

Beautiful and secluded
The property is beautiful and has great outdoor spaces including the back porch, fishing dock and fire pit. The house has plenty of room for dining and lounging incase the weather is too bad to enjoy the outside. We especially enjoyed the sunroom off of the master suite. The owners are very nice and respond quickly if needed. The property is located about 30 minutes from Madison and 15 minutes from Vevay.

Ark visit
Property was a great location to visit both the Ark and Creation Museum. Plus we had a few days of just quite. Would recommend the property to anyone. The host went above what was expected of him. More fully equiped than normal. Excellent property for peace and quite family time.

Great family reunion
We chose this property because it's equal distance or better for each of us, one 600 miles ease, one 600 miles west and one 350 to the north. Was a great family reunion. We were totally comfortable on this property. Everything was provided that we might have needed or wanted. A really great time in a fabulous location and dwelling.

Excellent House and Hosts
Our stay was wonderful and so relaxing. The property was exactly as pictured including the adorable deer visitors. Mark and Janet were so welcoming and responsive and were very quick to answer all of our questions. They even gave up their TV option so we could watch football, you can’t ask for more than that in a host! I would highly recommend this property and can’t wait to come back!!

Annual sisters' get-away
This home is well-maintained and clean!! Everything you could possibly want or need was there. Beds were comfy and the living room was set up with furniture that was perfect for the five sisters to sit comfortably and visit. There are two wonderful tables inside for meals and crafts. The outdoor table (which seats 12) was fabulous for morning coffee, evening drinks or meals for a large group. The grounds were fantastic for exploring in the woods or just catching glimpses from the beautiful picture window of deer and birds and a harvest moon.
We would love to return to this little bit of heaven.
