Mountain cabin with sauna and Jotunheimen views

This cabin spans two floors on sloping terrain, offering stunning views of the Jotunheimen mountains from the kitchen and living room. There is both a patio behind the cabin and a balcony off the living room—perfect spots to enjoy the mountain views.



On the second floor, you’ll find the kitchen, TV room, and living room, while all the bedrooms are on the first floor. There’s also a bathroom with a sauna, an extra toilet, and a spacious hallway with room for clothes and shoes. A boot dryer is available if your hiking or ski boots get wet.



The cabin is located in an area with mountain pastures and active farms, where you may encounter cows and sheep on your walks. The Syni viewpoint is popular both in summer and winter, and there are several cafes and restaurants nearby, such as Gomobu, Sekskanten, and Vasetstølen.



You have hundreds of kilometers of cross-country trails in easy-to-navigate terrain, and the Vaset cross-country stadium is just 300–400 meters away. In the summer, you can bike on beautiful gravel roads, fish for trout in several lakes, or go on mountain hikes to peaks like Grønnsenknippa. In winter, it’s ski-in/ski-out to the Vaset ski resort, and less than an hour’s drive to Hemsedal.
