Also we were never given a room key, just told us it was unlocked. Never did get a key in our two nights there but never really needed it. Overall very friendly staff but slightly understaffed.'

'Don’t be fooled by the pictures. This property is very dated! It is not a lodge. It is a motel right off the highway. The inside of the kitchenette was upgraded and clean. There is no management on site. I had to call to get the code to check in. That may have been VRBO’s fault. There was a wedding party staying at the motel. My one night stay was not the peaceful experience I had hoped to have. Loud gatherings until late, kids running around unattended, doors slamming, people trying to...
