'I did enjoy my stay, but there were challenges At one point, both of the elevators were not working, and I had a lot of luggage to take up five flights of stairs by myself It wasn’t a great feeling to have to pry one of the elevator doors open to get out. Several things in the room were not working such as the coffee pot, a broken closet door… there was a nice convenient little kitchen area except you had to move things across the room to plug them in.
