Welcome to our picturesque neighborhood nestled along the serene riverbanks, just a leisurely 5-minute drive from the breathtaking Wabasso Beach. This lush green paradise boasts a harmonious blend of natural beauty and modern convenience, creating a haven for residents and visitors alike.

The neighborhood is a verdant oasis, adorned with towering trees, vibrant gardens, and meandering pathways that invite residents to explore the beauty of nature right at their doorstep. The gentle murmur of the river provides a soothing soundtrack to daily life, creating a tranquil atmosphere that is both refreshing and rejuvenating.

Easy access to neighborhood and driveway parking

We can accommodate a Boat with a maximum length of 20 feet and less than a 12" Draft. Bringing in a boat is at the risk of the guest and we must be notified ahead of time.
The guests will pay all costs associated with any damage to the dock.

If your booking lands on a Thursday or Friday. Our Garbage day is Friday. Please put the recycling and trash dumpsters out on the street for pick up on Thursday evening. Please bring the dumpsters back in on Friday afternoon.

Wonderful stay

The home is beautiful and spotless. The views from the backyard onto the lagoon watching the fish jump and otters swim by was great. The quality of furnishings and products is excellent. Beds were very comfortable. One thing I would say is to add window cover on the back bedroom with the French doors. We absolutely loved the location with use of bikes and kayaks. There was no requirement of stripping beds or any other demands that are so common today. We left it picked up and took garbage out because that’s who we are but it was the best VRBO stay we’ve had and we’ve had a lot. Thank you making our family stay a great one.

Spacious Waterfront Home

From the moment we walked into this designer retreat until the minute we shut the door we’ve been talking about how beautiful 405 is. Completely updated in bright and airy whites and gold tones. Lots of natural light with all the big windows and doors facing the river(cove) . Extremely thoughtful supply of amenities throughout . exactly as detailed in pictures and listing. Wonderful deck for outside dining, We had a fantastic Thanksgiving celebration with the help of the well appointed kitchen. This home is incredible, stunning kitchen and living rooms.

Perfect Stay in Vero Beach

My co-workers and I absolutely loved this beautiful, updated home in the Vero Beach area. We had work in the Wabasso Beach and Melbourne Beach areas and this was a great centralized location. The home itself was stunning and had plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Looking forward to staying here again next time we are in the area!

The Perfect Vacation

My daughter and her family joined us for this vacation and this house and location were just perfect for us. The grandsons spent a lot of time fishing off the private boat dock, the house was the perfect size for us and it was immaculate. The location was within close proximity to several fishing lakes for the guys to boat fish. We highly recommend this property!!

Brand new renovation on an island in the Indian River. The owners have provided everything you could need for relaxing stay including bikes and kayaks. There were still some things unfinished while we were there but the property managers were very responsive. It will be lovely when completely finished. Of note, it is a busy road in either direction to get off the island so biking to the beach was too intimidating for our crowd.

Great waterside getaway

We loved your property. We really liked being on the nice, quiet island. It felt very homey. We were in town for a relative's event. We only wish we could have been there longer to enjoy the kayaks and bikes. Your property was immaculate and so nicely decorated. Each room was very spacious.
