'Do not stay at this property. At this price, we didn't expect perfection but we did expect things to be clean. Although the pictures are accurate, there are things you don't see. Throughout: filthy floors, walls poorly patched, a permeating stink of at least six different scents of air freshener, chocolate?, and lingering tobacco. Front door lock would not open (side door lock opened fine). Bath: laminate countertops peeling apart and no caulking, rusted and rotted light fixture, toilet paper...

'It was clean. Beds were hard uncomfortable. Living room furniture was uncomfortable springs at surface. I understand people tear up stuff so much no need for good furniture. Could put foam mattresses on beds to help '

'The cabin was great. The fishing was great. And, the hostess was great. We are definitely going to go back there again.'

'The hot tub is a great addition to this property. The views are wonderful and we had a single goose visitor, the whole time we were there. The hosts are very responsive and the property is quite comfortable.'

'A new and well appointed cabin in the woods. Everything clean and tidy and the host very helpful. We just needed a place to sleep for a fishing trip, but I would come back again for sure with more family and stay longer. A nice little getaway. Very peaceful and pleasant. '

'House was clean and very comfortable, easy process to put boat in lake and use boat lift ,loved hanging out on boathouse and watching sun set absolutely beautiful, definitely would stay again'

'The lake house had a great view! We enjoyed the hot tub and fishing off the dock. Note for the fisherman new to Toledo Bend: the stumps can get a lure or two! '
