Upon arrival, there was nowhere to check in. Just a shop that you would never imagine as a place to check in for an almost $300 hotel room. I asked around people poibted me to this shop - they sell food and snacks, no check-in notifications. Absolutely bizarre. The bartender at the bar casually advise that she was probably on break. Who leaves a check-in desk for break for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes? I went back to the bar, up and down hallways, tried to call Mountain Creek and expedia. They automated system asked for a number that was never given to me: an itinerary number that started with a some letter that I didnt have. Never got through to anybody. Tried multiple times. Bartender tried to call the person that was supposed to be there on a cell phone, no answer. It was absolutely horrible. Then, she finally shows up like nothing was wrong. It was insane. Then, I get up to my room and there bed was all messed up, trash in a trash can in the middle of the room, towels everywhere, a dishwasher sitting in the middle of the kitchen. I sent messages/pictures to the text number she said I could text, no response. Went back down to this shop where you are supposed to check and she was helping someone on the phone FOREVER and did not acknowledge me. It was insanely frustrating. She got me to another room. This was absolutely the worst check-in experience of my 47 years on this earth. All I got to hear was how this place is privately owned so they can do what they wa
