Recanissu Apartment with balcony and AC

Recanissu Apartment has a lovely and bright location, on the 4th floor, on the main street of Vernazza. It is the property you would like to rent and feel like a local! It is a large family apartment, characterized by its large rooms and 2 bathrooms, an authentic rarity in Vernazza. Well equipped, air conditioned and with a long terrace, strategically located on the main road, halfway from the train station to the marina. It is also the ideal location for long rentals.



The apartment



Access to the Recanissu Apartment is from Via Visconti, the second part of the main road. The apartment is on the fourth floor, the top of the building, with steep steps (guests are welcome!). Entering the apartment we find a bright atrium, then a second large room on which all the rooms of the apartment open:

a double bedroom (with AC) with access to the long balcony

a large kitchen (with AC) fully equipped with access to the long balcony

a double room (with ceiling paddle fan) with extra bed and a second balcony overlooking the caruggetto, one of the most curious streets in the town. On the balcony we have the washing machine.

a double sofa bed in the large hall.



Why choosing it



The kitchen and the balcony of the double room are the winning elements of the Recanissu Apartment. It is an incredible observation point of the main street and its life. From here we can also see the castle of the tower and the Sciuio part of the village where the sun hardly shines. Fascinating views also of Muin a Ventu, the second tower of the village which was once a windmill and now a historic villa for rent.

The kitchen and double bedroom have air conditioning and on very hot days it is sufficient to start the machine for only a short time to cool the temperature. If the season is not very hot, it is sufficient to open opposite windows to obtain an ideal and pleasant temperature. Please limit the use of air conditioning for both your health and to save our planet.



Good to know



Recanissu means licorice in the local dialect. The apartment bears this name because of a part of the apartment floor, which is black as licorice.

Recanissu Apartment is a comfortable and relaxing property. It is therefore ideal for families. There are many steps inside the building, we can't deny that, and the last portion of the steps is steep. Anyway, once you get to the top, you will really feel at home. Your stay in Recanissu will make you experience the atmosphere of the village like a local!
