'Very accommodating. Had a room on second floor, no elevator. I'm older the stairs were hard to climb. They switched my room to first floor after I had taken a nap and messed the bathroom. Both rooms were clean. While I gathered my stuff to move, the first room was recleaned, no charge. Very friendly.'

'It was very quiet. Room was clean except for the floor. Staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.'

'There is no elevator. The front desk person would not change room to first floor. He would not help carry suitcases to second floor. The hallway smelled bad. There was no breakfast to speak of.'

'Tv had one channel, no hand towels, room doesn't looks like the picture online. No cable, no phone.'
