Nestled within the exclusive Holiday Resort Balzi Rossi, ‘Roma 5’ is a detached house with 1 bedroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Inside, you’ll find a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa and direct access to a spacious terrace perfect for dining outdoors while enjoying panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge, induction hob, coffee machine, and electric kettle, making meal preparation effortless.

Located within a protected archaeological area, the resort is not accessible by car. For your convenience, a complimentary shuttle service is available at check-in to transport you and your luggage from the public parking area (400 metres away) to the resort, and again at check-out. Guests can also enjoy a scenic 400-metre walk along the beach path. Additionally, extra shuttle services during your stay can be arranged for a fee, subject to availability.

Guests also have access to a shared pool and Balzi Rossi beach. With scenic beaches, hiking trails, and glamorous towns like Menton and Monaco just a short drive away, Holiday Resort Balzi Rossi is the ideal base for coastal adventures and laid-back luxury.
