The Layout
Altea Home spans two levels and is designed to offer guests a comfortable, bright, and well-organized space. On the first floor, you’ll find the living room with a sleeper sofa, a TV with Netflix, and a dining table, next to the modern open-concept kitchen, equipped with every amenity: oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, and a drinking water filter. The spacious and functional bathroom features a large shower and a washing machine, providing everything you need for a worry-free stay.
The upper floor features a spacious master bedroom, a convenient walk-in closet, and a guest bathroom.
Two small balconies furnished with a small table and chairs complete the space, offering private corners for moments of relaxation outdoors.
The entire home is designed to be welcoming and to offer a comfortable and versatile environment, ideal even for families with children, with a crib and a high chair available for younger guests.
The property also features a reserved parking space to ensure convenience and comfort throughout your stay.
Upon your arrival, you’ll find a small welcome kit with coffee, tea, and filtered drinking water, to start your stay with a thoughtful touch.

Altea Home’s location makes it perfect for exploring the area: it’s situated at the crossroads between Milan, Como, and Varese, just 15 km from the Swiss border and less than half an hour from Milan Malpensa Airport. The apartment is also perfect for couples, families, or business travelers looking for a convenient and well-connected base to explore the region between Lombardy and the Canton of Ticino. Nearby, you’ll find a large municipal park, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bank, cafes, an ice cream shop, restaurants, and pizzerias—all within easy reach for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Upon request, we can recommend outdoor activities, local restaurants, family-friendly itineraries, or unique local experiences to make your stay even more memorable.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, with check-in available from 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Our support team will be available 7 days a week—except during nighttime hours—to assist with any needs you may have during your stay.
Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor area and on the balcony.
