In the heart of the Tarn region—the perfect base for exploring it all! Enjoy a house located in a gated community, from which you can easily reach the Tarn’s main attractions: - Albi and its famous Episcopal City, Sainte-Cécile Cathedral, and the Toulouse-Lautrec and Lapérouse museums. - Castres, known for its rugby team, its houses overlooking the Agoût River, the Jardin de l’Evéché, and the Goya Museum - Lautrec and its mill, the Pays de Cocagne - The royal bastide of Réalmont, with its market renowned throughout Occitanie. A recently built, detached house located on Antonia and Didier’s property. The grounds are enclosed and tree-lined, with a separate entrance. Private parking in front of the property or directly in front of the cottage. Covered patio, plancha grill. On the first floor: - Fully equipped open kitchen: oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, Senseo® pod coffee maker, induction cooktop... - dining and living area with TV. The entire space is air-conditioned. - laundry room with freezer, washing machine, and baby equipment (high chair, crib, baby bathtub). - Large bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed and a sofa bed that converts into a 90 cm extra bed. - Bathroom (shower, toilet, large sink) Upstairs: - Air-conditioned attic bedroom, on an open mezzanine accessible via a steep staircase. One single bed (90x190 cm) and one double bed (140x190 cm). Shared pool with the owners (who rarely swim but take care of daily maintenance!). Dimensions: 6x10m, with a gradually sloping depth ranging from 0.90cm to 1.55m. The pool is not heated but is covered by a “bubble” cover that opens easily. You can also enjoy the owners’ entire garden and play pétanque in the shade along the wide inner driveway of the property. Sheets, towels, and linens are provided; end-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Bicycles can be stored in a secure shed located nearby.
