'First room had a very bad bed. But when we ask for a solution whe got a new room. Rooms are basic but very clean. Very frendly people at the reception and restaurant. Breakfast and dinner is very good.'

The reason we asked for a late check out was to leave our luggage in the room so we can get two 1,5 hour massages in the hotel spa. Same reason I gave the receptionist by the way. Mind you that one 1,5 hour massage is more then the nightly rate of the room. The answer was that it's possible for a fee of €10,- an hour. Not that client friendly when I'm still...

'As others mention, the property itself could do with some renovation which means it doesn't feel perfectly clean and modern. However, the staff are very friendly and the stay was half-board with an excellent variety of food options (including most Bulgarian classics based on our internet searches) and a I think something for everyone. 'We booked this hotel for 5 nights during christmas period. Breakfast was amazing, service from staff was great, the hotel has a lot of options to keep kids busy if you have any children, spa was one of the best facilities on site. Our one bed apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean washroom. Only problem was that the walls were thin and we could hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms which kept us awake till late most nights. '
