'There is a complete misrepresentation about on site parking. There are paid lots near by, but up to you to secure a spot. The lot that “they recommended” doesn’t even do overnight parking. Additionally, the apartment was not clean upon arrival. The shower drain did not drain properly — we take quick showers, yet we were left standing in inches of water, and it took all night for the water to fully drain. This is unacceptable. 'Every thing inside was clean. The outside was a little scary. The toilet didn't flush as well. We had to lift thr back of the toilet to flush it. I wasnt happy about that at all'

'The owner of the house was nice and mostly easy to get a hold of through the platform , but it took a while to get check in instructions. They were supposed to be available 48 hours before (as per the owner) and I didn’t get them until the morning of, so I was a little nervous. But in the end we got them and check in was simple.The house is older than it appears. 'The property was amazing & was more than enough room for our group of 20 people. Pools were nice & the location couldn’t have better. While there were a few things broken, the host was very quick to respond and to get someone over to help us. Only downside, is they are very strict on quiet hours and being outside past 10pm while simultaneously advertising for big groups, including bachelor / bachelorette trips. Regardless, we all had an amazing time in PR, staying at this property! '
