This former family guesthouse, in a delightful setting, is located 100 metres from the Manoir d'Ango, a magnificent historic summer palace built in the early 16th century by the powerful shipowner Jehan Ango.
All bedrooms and bathrooms have been renovated.
This lovely longère with its authentic character is ideally located in the village of Varengeville sur mer, on the path to the sea (1500 metres) and the village centre 800 metres away.
The house is situated in the middle of a large garden, which will undoubtedly please children who can play there as they wish.
The charm of the longère with its brick and flint facade, exposed beams, terracotta tiles, makes it a delightful and above all convivial place.
The living room is comfortable with its very large sofa and especially its large fireplace which ensures pleasant moments of relaxation to be savoured with family and friends.
The kitchen, where meals are taken, has everything necessary for those who like to cook.
On the ground floor, you will have three bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm), another with two single beds (80cm) that can be brought together to make a double bed (160cm), according to preferences; the third bedroom offering 3 bunk beds (90 cm).
Two bathrooms follow each other, one with a bath, the other with a shower. Separate WC.
Upstairs you enter through a dormitory room (3 beds 90 cm), to access a large room with a double bed (160cm). Between the two is a washroom with WC and washbasin. Access to the upper floor is via an external staircase.
2 cars can be parked at the entrance to the garden.
Oriented east/west, the house benefits from good sunshine throughout the day.
You will spend a moment of relaxation in harmony with the nature surrounding you.
