Vakantie en citytrip naar Vanleer

I booked 4 rooms total for my employees and paid the full amount and even had an extra night for multiple rooms that were UNUSED. They ended up charging our card TWICE for missing room keys? We travel 20-30 times a year and I have never in my life seen such terrible practice. Never staying here again. Unacceptable.

Great location and a nice room, but service needs improvement We stayed at Noelle in Nashville last weekend. Was the room nice? Yes. Is the location solid? Absolutely. But the guest service needs attention. At 11:23 PM, I received a text saying I needed to come to the lobby because I had supposedly not provided a credit card at check-in for incidentals. Yet I had. I texted them back a copy of the credit card transaction processed upon check-in. First, who texts a guest at 11:23 PM about an administrative issue like this? Second, why wasn’t their own transaction checked before contacting me? It didn’t end there. We had two more interactions with the front desk, the second of which was not necessary. Also, Our travel companions received no housekeeping on two of their four nights and had to go to the front desk, twice, to get the room cleaned!. Sure, A nice room and a good location matter, but so does taking care of your guests. Noelle needs better communication and more consistent service. I wonder if Nashville is past its prime?

Heerlijke locatie

Super mooi en perfect gelegen op loopafstand naar bruisend broadway, waaaaauw wat een sfeer, wat een stad als je van muziek houdt. Bealestreet vond ik geweldig, maar als ik moet kiezen....😉😁

Got a good deal on this hotel and it’s a pretty good location for being close to downtown. Was great for 4 people.
