▪️ Regular lawn and pool maintenance may occur during your stay. If you would prefer no service during certain times, let us know in advance.
▪️ The pool is not heated. Water temperature will vary with the weather.
▪️ Traveling with pets? Remember there is a daily pet fee and 2 pet, 30 lb limit. Please keep pets off furniture where possible and pick up after them in the yard.
▪️ This home has an exterior security camera in the backyard that does not face the pool. No cameras are inside the home.
▪️ Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
▪️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge style services are available upon request for an additional fee.

▪️ Unregistered guests are not allowed.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max 2 pets under 30 lbs. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure they are well behaved and prevent any damage or extra cleaning. Pet owners are responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.

▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
