'What an amazing place to visit. Great for couples. Staff was amazing, food was good. Not close to shopping or restaurants, it’s on a hill, but the view is amazing. Walking distance to downtown, all downhill. Parking is tricky, but staff is helpful. Lots of places to visit and explore within the city.'
'Boutique hotel, full of charm. Wonderful roof-top restaurant. Staff at desk very helpful. However, if you have mobility issues be aware that there are no elevators. Ask for a room on the ground floor but know that you will have to climb a long flight of stairs for the included breakfast. But it is totally worth it! Would absolutely stay again'
'An older Italian-style hotel in an attractive part of Valparaiso. Spread out over 4 floors (against a hill) you will like this hotel if you love 'characteristic', somewhat quaint hotels. If you are looking for modern comforts, you may be disappointed. Take a room with a seaside view. Many bars and restaurants in the area.'

'The staff was extremely helpful to fix the flat tyre of my car when we were victims of a gang just entering the city. Watch out when driving a rental and don’t stop when someone tells you to. They repaired my tyre beautifully and quickly. Perfect service throughout.'
