'Great place. Nice room. A few quibbles: 1. steep steps into the lobby, 2. Portable ac unit very loud 3. Coffee machine was a Keurig. This level place should have better quality (eg Nespresso). 4. Shower too small - was smallest I have been in my life.'

'The Onsen (Hot bath) was fantastic! It is divided into Men's and Women's which is nice and comfortable. There was supposed to be an Onsen outside that both could use and that was still not opened. That part was disappointing. The room was very comfortable. They only clean the rooms every 4th day, so my room wasn't cleaned while I was there and I stayed for three nights. I think they should change that to every other day. But there are a lot of ways to get extra towels, like from the Onsen...

'My husband and I were so pleased with our stay. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had wonderful hot options, not like other “continental breakfast” at other hotels. The patio area was nice and allowed us to have some downtime in comfort. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.'

'Not booking at Staybridge ever again. I booked my suite at least 3 weeks before our stay only to be told upon arrival that they canceled our reservation because they were overbooked and didn't have the cleaning staff. I asked what we were supposed to do now and they said, "I'm sorry, I don't know." They didn't offer to help find us a new place to stay and couldn't explain why our reservation was one of the (multiple) ones that were canceled when I booked 3 weeks ago. Found a Hilton Garden Inn...

'I had to purchase shampoo, conditioner because the staffs said those items are ran out and dont know when they will have. A staff recommended to use soap bar when we wash our hair. No even toilet papers. Front desk says it ran out so I bought it at store. Breakfast? Never had. I have tried to grab in the breakfast at different time but I saw only some of muffins once then I didn't see any breakfast as bar, muffins... EXPEDIA! YOU guys should go and check. The smell in front of the main door...
