Stunning home in Valldemossa

If you leave the pretty artists' village of Valldemossa and head towards Banyalbufar, you will reach one of the most beautiful, secluded and undeveloped coastal regions on the whole of Mallorca. This is where the island shows its most peaceful and unspoilt side. Just 3 km after leaving Valldemossa, you will find the very secluded Villa Gonzalo, an old Mallorcan country house that was completely restored and renovated in 2011. It now presents itself against a breathtakingly picturesque backdrop. The idyllic outdoor area is perfectly tailored to the needs of holidaymakers seeking relaxation. The 9-metre-long pool, which is also the centrepiece of the spacious, terraced outdoor area with a covered area, invites you to swim and relax and offers an ideal alternative to swimming in the sea. Incidentally, the majority of the villa is purely organic. It is located in a rural area that is not overrun by tourism and therefore had to develop its own infrastructure. Modern alternative energy generation with self-sufficient supply and disposal systems enable the villa to operate in a natural environment. The sheep that live here come to visit right outside the house, which is particularly exciting for the children.





The holiday home itself offers 100 m² of space for up to four people and two children to enjoy themselves individually. There are two cosy double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Adults can sleep in the two bedrooms and up to two children can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed in the cosy living room. If this room is used as a communal area during the day, the TV, CD and DVD player and WLAN internet connection should be sufficiently covered to prevent boredom. The typically Mallorcan, spacious kitchen in the villa is directly accessible from the living area. It is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a carefree self-catering holiday. If you are travelling with a baby or toddler, the owners of the villa (a couple with their own children) are happy to provide a cot and high chair. So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing family holiday. However, as it is relatively small at 100 m², Gonzalo is also suitable for couples who want to spend a quiet, romantic holiday for two. No matter what your travelling party consists of, you are sure to enjoy Gonzalo and never get enough of the fantastic view.



The supermarkets in Valldemossa, approx. 3 km away, are within easy reach, so you can do your daily shopping and visit the weekly market on Sundays. The village is considered one of the most beautiful in Spain and has pretty streets, artists' studios and cafés. This place is also an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, where you can discover the impressive landscape of this part of the island. After an exciting day of activities, you can spend the evening in your villa, enjoying your piece of paradise and ending the day as you wish. The charming Villa Gonzalo is situated in a very quiet location on the dramatic west coast of Mallorca, between the beautiful villages of Valldemossa and Banyalbufar. From here you have spectacular views of the mountains and the sea. The villa is surrounded by 5,000 m² of unique wilderness. The beautiful beaches of Valldemossa and Deìa are only a few minutes away by car. You can go shopping in one of the villages or dine in one of the very nice restaurants.
