'Upon arrival our room was dirty and needed a thorough cleaning. It was a three night stay and the housecleaning department never showed up. We made our own bed. Overheard the staff talking that there is a shortage of housekeepers. Guests should be informed of this fact as we were not. The side exterior door handle was broken as was the cylinder that closes it so it slammed all night long. The door would not lock thus making a security concern. 'Windows were pretty grimy, the walls are really thin where I could hear full on conversations of the people next door, and the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance and a bit unsightly. Also there was no coffee options for when the Starbucks closed which was a bit disappointing. The towels and robe were starchy. One of the bottles in the shower was empty.'

'I think you need to be careful with a couple of things. 1 Pricing. Need to ensure that you're getting the idea cause sometimes price fluctuates and you could be paying a lot more. 2 Cleanliness is something that can improve in the hotel. We noticed the first one we were given, had a bad odour and then we had to switch to another room. Overall room service is average nothing extraordinary, but, just things to be mindful of.'
