With a beautiful bedroom with a 160cm bed and a lounge, it has all the comforts needed to accommodate 2 people.
As the residence is a quiet family residence, it's important to respect everyone's peace and quiet.
Equipped with fibre optic cable for high-speed internet access, it's perfect for business stays.
The flat does not have air conditioning, but it is very well insulated and has a Dyson air cooler.
The fully-equipped open-plan kitchen is highly functional, so you can cook and enjoy your meals in comfort.
Its large private terrace, facing the flat's garden, is equipped with garden furniture and a plancha, so you can enjoy your meals outside.
The residence, just a 10-minute walk from the old village of Valbonne, is set in lush greenery and absolute peace and quiet. A pleasant swimming pool shared with the other residents is available in season. Please note that the pool is not heated.

The neighbourhood has excellent public transport links (buses nearby).
