The condo with one bedroom and a loft is perfect for guests who want to stay close to the action and fun! Enjoy mountain views together while relaxing in front of the gas fireplace and planning the next day's activities. Those looking for some fresh air will love the views from the balcony off the living room - the private gas grill is set there, perfect for folks who'd like a stay-in dinner. Enjoy access to shared Lion Square Lodge amenities like three hot tubs and the heated outdoor pool.

Of course, the biggest draw is the slopeside location for prime ski-in/ski-out access. The building features a front desk and concierge in the main lobby, with the popular El Sabor restaurant, great for takeout or grab-and-go meals. The business center, pool, and hot tubs are on the first floor. Should you need ski gear, Charter Sports is right on the second floor, catering to skiers of all levels. Also on the second floor are coin-operated washers and dryers. Off the property, you’ll find Vail General Store and Lionshead Liquors just around the corner. All nearby Lionshead restaurants and shops are a short distance away when you’re not on the slopes. Adventure Ridge at the top of the Eagle Bahn Gondola operates day and night, in both winter and summer, for unbeatable family fun!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The good: beautiful views, the sound of Gore Creek, great location, comfortable bed, stocked kitchen. The meh: dated decor, location of eating table, could not turn off heat on the main level living room area The bad: uncomfortable living room furniture, broken window crank and leaky faucet The unit next door, 566 is gorgeous and has very comfortible furnishings, 570 needs a little update

Amazing Location!

The location is unbeatable! You are steps from the gondola and great food/drink! The place was also very clean, had everything you might need! The even having a working fireplace which is so cozy in the evenings after a long day of snowboarding. The hot tubs were also essential for recovery! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We loved this rental for our weekend getaway. The location was fabulous and the building was great too. We loved the walkability to Vail Village, the views of the river and the mountain, the convenience of the kitchen and the bedrooms - it was great!!

Nice place.

Nice place. A bit over priced compared to other locations. Pictures were a bit misleading and made the place look a little bigger than it actually is. Furniture isn’t the same as the pictures either. But all in all good location.

OK except for the mouse!

This property can't be beat for location. Just steps to the gondola. We had a mouse in our condo. He/She came out to visit us on the last day of our stay. At the rate you pay/night, there shouldn't be mice running around the condo. I notified the front desk that they needed to get some pest control.

Great space but more of a hotel not VRBO.

Location is amazing. The space is awesome. But I will say this is much more like a traditional hotel and not a Vrbo. Because of this it’s more difficult to communicate with them. They aren’t as responsive as an individual owner. I messaged and called multiple times without responses. With that aside the condo is great. The location couldn’t have been better and I loved the balcony overlooking the river.
