Nestled in the quiet neighborhood of East Vail, this cozy three bedroom three bath unit is just minutes away from the town bus. As you make your way in you are greeted by an open living area perfect for friend and family gatherings.

The kitchen comes with everything needed to fuel up for long days on the mountain. There is also a walk-out patio tucked behind the trees offering extra privacy and a great place to unwind as you catch the sunsets during the summer. During the cooler nights relax in front of the wood burning fireplace in the living room. The primary suite is located at the end of the hallway and comes equipped with a comfortable queen bed and en-suite. The primary suite also has access to the back deck area. Across from the primary you will find the first guest bedroom which comes with two comfortable twin beds, en-suite and also has access to the back patio.

The second guest bedroom is just down the hallway and offers a cozy queen size bed and en-suite. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate an additional sleeping area. Private washer/ dryer located in the hallway for added convenience.

Take advantage of the close proximity to the pool, (summer only) and hot tub. The town bus is just a 5 minute walk up the street and will take you right to Vail Village.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances. Firwood is not provided.
