'I'm a Hilton Honors member booked 31 days in advance upon checkin at 3pm was informed that they were over booked and I was given a lesser room. Asst Manger on duty hide in her office rather than dress the issue. Was treated as second class customer because I booked thru Expedia.'

'We arrived a day early for a conference downtown and chose to stay here to save money versus book additional night at downtown hotel. This hotel was SO nice. Staff was friendly. I also loved that it was close to a couple stores for us to do a little shopping for things we had forgotten. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! '

'It was all just "fine". The room was very average, bed lumpy and linens scratchy. There are cheaper hotels nearby that are just as good. Because it cost more I thought this would be a step up, but it's not. Next time I will go down the road where I can get free continental breakfast and the same level of room. No reason to stay in an oversized, dark room with limited amenities that costs more than what is down the street.'
