« No hot water in the evening, not more in the morning! hot tub not working! The person at the frontdesk tried to help but was alone to deal with an almost full hotel! Management puts no ressources, change business if you can't run a big hotel! »

« Staff was friendly. The room was okay. Not the cleanest hotel room I’ve ever seen but for the price it wasn’t bad. Sheets were clean and soft. Parking was easy and location was ideal for downtown. »

« We had a river view- highly recommend! The location is great for getting to downtown and it is right next to the public market where there’s always something to do. »

« When you walk in it looks very nice ,but once you are in the room at least my room smelled very musty and Dusty. The curtain was ripped in our room, as an x head housekeeper they should really look at all of this a lot better. »
