The 65 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, heating, as well as children's books and toys. A shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available. A baby cot can be provided on request and for an extra charge.



You have your own outdoor area with a covered terrace and barbecue, plus access to a shared garden.

Two parking spaces are available on the property; additional free parking is available on the street. Families with children are very welcome. One pet is allowed for an extra charge. Smoking and parties are not permitted.



You may use the fire pit and fireplaces—please pay attention to safety and weather conditions. Please note that the kitchen extractor fan must be switched off when using the indoor fireplaces. Firewood must be brought with you or can be purchased locally.



The property has waste separation with separate bins for paper, residual waste, and organic waste. Energy-saving lighting is provided.
