'The staff that were human were awesome (I've stayed there before). But the hotel's problem solving was AI gone bad. No humans on hand in my building. Everything automated. But the code into my room had issues (though it worked on the main entrance). Then, I couldn't figure out the programming to the cheap remote heater. The coffee maker just flat-out didn't work. You can only ask a computer for help so many times. Shame on the owners for saving so much by screwing potential real humans out of...

'Mooie ruime kamer, met grote bedden. met 30 graden was het zembad fantastisch. de omgeving is super relaxed met een paar lekkere eettentjes om de hoek'

'Overpriced and outdated. Not a 4-star experience anymore. This hotel might have earned 4 stars at some point, but those days are long gone. For the steep price they charge, the overall experience was a major letdown. To start, the front desk host was incredibly sullen and gloomy. 'Lovely stay at the Four Seasons in Georgetown, Washington DC. The property is beautiful and the hotel service is perfect. There is a lovely spa on the property as well. My husband got a wonderful deep tissue massage. We got upgraded to a suite and it was AMAZING! Modern, clean and renovated, new and spacious. Beautiful decor. A wonderful bath, spacious living room and bedroom. The bed was super cozy. The food service is delicious too! We will be back for another stay! It was beautiful.'

'Prima hotel voor een congres of om te gaan golfen, net te ver van Washington '

'Fantastic stay, friendly staff, nice vibe, beautiful hotel and neighborhood. The breakfast was simple, but delicious with yoghurt, fresh fruit, eggs and bacon or similar options, muffins and cheese. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back.'
