'I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were dirty, and the bathrooms were in a terrible condition. The toilets barely flushed, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed little interest in assisting guests. The food was very poor. The menu was almost exactly the same every day, with very little variety and disappointing quality. In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. It is more comparable to a 2-star...

'Niets op aan te merken maar duur!'

'The rooms were small but clean! Everything we needed was availabla. The breakfast area was also small, breakfast was ok but not great. Good and friendly staff!'

'It’s just okay'

'Great hotel and staff service'

'Fantastic location just off Orchard Road with a walkway from the hotel. Fantastic staff and you are two minutes walk to an abundance of shops and restaurants. Great stay'
