Not far from Umag is located a complex of urban luxury villas, with its unique name - Villa Vilanija. All 5 villas are located in the centre of a small peaceful village called Vilanija and each has its own private parking, swimming pool and a garden. All of the villas are located close to each other but yet, each of them has a guaranteed private territory surrounded by natural green fence.

In case our guests decide to spend their vacation in large groups, Villa Vilanija is an ideal place as all the Villas are located close to each other within a privatised complex, however all of the villas are enclosed with natural green fence, so that our guests can stay close to each other, yet still have their privacy.

All Villas consist of ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a fully stocked indoor kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a covered terrace and a BBQ fireplace in the garden. The first floor offers other bedrooms and bathrooms and an open terrace overlooking the sea.
The houses are very comfortable and modern, offering quality interior and exterior furniture, so your holiday in this beautiful surroundings will be very pleasant and promising.


A few-minute ride by car will allow you to get to the centre of Umag, where you will find many cultural, entertainment and sport facilities.
Umag is famous for ATP tennis tournament which is being held every year in July since 1990, so you can also come watch your favourite tennis players and enjoy playing tennis by yourself. Moreover, our guests will be able to swim in the sandy and pebble beaches only 4 kilometres away from the Villas.
Only 10 kilometres away from Villa Vilanija our guests will be able to find Golf Club Adriatic to enjoy their time at an exquisite game.

Our guests are welcomed to taste Mediterranean Istrian cuisine 1,5 kilometres away from the Villas. Restaurants: Nono, Melon and Busčina will allow you experiencing delightful taste of Croatia.
We recommend to explore Istria and its medieval town Motovun that is known for film and jazz festivals, and many other fun activities, as well as coastal areas with an abundance of cultural and historical events.

Hunting and fishing can be organised upon the request of our guests.
If desired, the owner can arrange transfer from the airport, as well as catering or a great chef surcharge.
