The apartment is located 800 mt from the center of Umag. It is situated at the rear of the property, behind the main house, in a separate building with two ground-floor apartments, each with a garden. The beach is within walking distance (approximately 1200 mt), the supermarket is 250 m away, and a restaurant is just 200 m from the property. This 42 m² apartment features one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin with cabinet, toilet, and hairdryer. The living area includes a sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, dining table with chairs, display cabinet, and free Wi-Fi. From the living room, there is direct access to the covered terrace with protective curtains. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and features an open kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner gas stove, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, Moka pot, dishes, cutlery, cookware, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. Guests have shared access to the garden, sun loungers, barbecue area, and free parking in the fenced courtyard.
