Villetta Le Dune Fontanelle is a small villa for rent for vacations by the sea in Salento. It stands on the seafront on the beach at Fontanelle locality in Torre San Giovanni, Marina di Ugento. It offers up to 6 beds.
The villetta has a large garden with parking space and shower. The interior is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, electric oven and microwave.

The villetta`s large garden allows you to park your car inside, but also to enjoy the large outdoor spaces equipped for outdoor dining, to relax a stone`s throw from the beaches and take a refreshing shower after returning from the sea.
The cottage is bright and cozy, with new furnishings. The living room is furnished with a single sofa and TV, dining room and open kitchen. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 3 bedrooms. There are 1 double, 1 twin with single beds and 1 twin with bunk beds.
Two bathrooms complete the house , one complete with shower , one service bathroom with sink and toilet. There is air conditioning in the living room and hallway so that all rooms are cooled.

The vacation house for rent is located in the locality of Fontanelle, in Torre San Giovanni. The entrance of the cottage is just in front of the footbridge that crosses the dunes and leads to the beach of the marina of Ugento, among the most beautiful of the Ionian coast of Salento.
By car you can reach both the center of Torre San Giovanni and other of Salento`s most popular vacation destinations, such as Santa Maria di Leuca and Gallipoli, in just a few minutes. Also very close by is the historic center of Ugento, a small treasure chest of precious artistic and historical evidence.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the corridor.
- The double room has an upper window with electric opening.
