'Stayed here with my son for a week getaway. The location is right on the beach, which was what we were looking for. North beach is quieter, so less things we could walk to in the heat, but overall the location was awesome for beach access. The AC worked great on the 3rd floor and kept us cool. The laundry room down the hall was also nice and the machines worked well. We would stay again in the future. '

'This was a very nice experience was located in a wonderful area not to far from the beach and its really nice to rent a golf car cause you dont have to pay for parking cause its included with the golf cart rental and cant wait for the next vacation'

'Nice to stay if you don’t mind steps. House has many issues.. lights flicker, tub does not drain well, no dishwasher and very little silverware and dishes.. good thing we took some disposable silverware.. we had to purchase paper plates. Not bad if you don’t have expectations. '

'Adorable studio, very clean, great communication with hosts and wonderful location. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and town, making it easy to get around without having to drive. I'd definitely stay again.'

'Our stay was absolute Heaven. The Cottage was perfect. We loved the short walk to the beach. Everything we could think of was provided. Ted was so easy to communicate with. We've been visiting The banana Cottage for years and never have a complaint. We can't wait to visit again!!'

'The property was super clean with high end furnishings. There was lots of natural light & pretty views. Everything was in good working order and looked fresh. The location is close to North beach. We felt a few more mixing bowls, a big enough cookie sheet for pizza, and a few more kitchen items would have been helpful. But we probably cook more than most people do on vacay. The pool out back is not open yet but looks wonderful. However, it is located immediately behind the property with access...
