'Cathy was an awesome host! We were so close to the beach just a 5 min or less walk. The beach was really beautiful and really big (enough for me to do my daily runs!) The Octupus Lair will always hold a special place in our hearts because we got engaged on the beach 6/19/24 during our stay. it was absolutely perfect. 'The condo is perfect for one person or two adults and two small children or two teens as the Banana has one bedroom and foldout couch. We loved it for me and my best friend and our two girls...The inside has all new amenities but the front outside table,two chairs and bench seat and umbrella need to be replaced very worn out. And also some decking boards and some new steps and i would give a five star 🌟 cause its a hazard if one should fall through the decking boards. But everything worked out...

'The condo is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Very cute, quaint, and comfortable. My daughter loved the upstairs loft. Very clean and had everything we needed. We didn't cook much, but the kitchenette has everything you would need. This was our first time on Tybee and we quickly discovered that we had a great location. 'Checked in, property was clean. AC was crispy and cool. Needs a spatula but other utensils are provided including plates. Commode seat was broken, messaged host first five minutes of stay about that and the front porch lounge chair (just needs a screw). Mattress was comfy but bed frame was squeaky. 'The Inn is a great space near the beach. The rooms are in an adorable converted house, and the full wrap around porch/patio outdoor space is a luxury unlike other spaces on the island.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at the perfectly located duplex!! We walked to the beach several days and walked to diner and breakfast several times. We had plenty of room in the house for us. The screened in porch was a bonus with the cute swing.'

'We had a great stay at this property and plan to book it for our next adventure. Our only disappointment was that at the pool right outside the doors was not functional, however they did provide us access to another pool that was just a couple of minutes down the road, so that was lovely! '

'Really close to AJ’s restaurant. Back side of the island so it was quiet and relaxing island life. Short walk to Stingrays. We spent a day at the beach then traveled to short drive into historic Savannah and enjoyed shopping on River Street. Experienced 1st class service at the Breakfast Club and Salt Island Fish & Beer. Very relaxing few days just unwinding and enjoying our time away.'

'This place was great! Loved the location and accommodations. The only feedback I have is that they did not have beach towels, I assumed they would and it did not mention to bring them in the very detailed check in email. There is also a pool onsite - literally in the backyard, but we were not allowed to use it. We had to drive to the shared pool. I get the concept of a shared pool but we had one on site and it didn’t make sense why we could not use it.'
