'Leuk hotel vond jammer ik had voor een nacht geboekt'

'Excellent service!'

'The Petersham has a lovely riverside setting in Richmond, and the surroundings are the best part of the stay. The location is hard to beat for walking along the Thames and getting into Richmond. The rest of the stay was uneven. Shower was terrible, no fan or AC in hot room. For the price I expected a more polished experience. It's a good place to stay for the setting, but I'd want a few details fixed before I recommend it without hesitation. Three stars.'

'Loved breakfast '

'Nice clean and cosy rooms.'

'Voor deze prijs, in Londen was het een uitstekende en gezellige plek. '

'Estancia corta, no tengo palabras'

'Nice hotel for visiting London. Next to Underground station at the Piccalilly line. Nice staff and clean room.'

'Allereerst was het inchecken prima, daarna kwamen we hotel kamer binnen: VERSCHRIKKELIJK VIEZE KAMER EN GEEN AIRCO DUS HET STONK NAAR ROTTEN EI EN VIEZIGHEID. We liepen naar receptie om staff member te vragen over airco, wc spoelt niet door, wasbak kon water niet legen> verstopt + low pressure, en er was geen raam zoals op de foto en TV werkt ook niet. 'Very friendly staff. Convenient location near the Stadium anc the village centre. Traffic noise (incl aircraft for Heathrow), but at night very little traffic so limited nuisance. Room very small, I had to unpack my bag on the floor. Fair value for money.'

'Cannot fault my stay here at the Alexander Pope. Some of the restuarant staff were very new and that was clear. But on consideration yii have to learn somewhere and the more experienced staff balanced it out. All staff super friendly, food was good and well portioned. Room was clean and well presented with somewhat spaceage taps. Would for sure choose this spot again if staying in the area.'

'Had a blast here staying over for the Brentford game'

'Easy access to Heathrow and the tube'

'Gorgeous building and really great food with excellent breakfast choices'

'Zeer goed hotel '

'Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and good food and beers. They also have an outdoor car park suitable for vans.'
