7–14 October: Roof works – pool/spa and building entrance areas

15–23 October: Roof and hot water works

19–30 October: Hot water system works and pool & spa closure

27 October–18 November: Roof works, including new roof, gutters, ceiling and scaffolding

19 November: Site clean-up and completion
