Apartment "Luna Nuova"

The apartments located inside the Holiday House "Luna Chiara Residence" are newly built and are equipped with eco furnishings and new generation high-tech equipment, with characteristics of high energy saving, water with low environmental and landscape impact and more rational waste management.
The apartments are cared for with modern furnishings suitable for spending a relaxing holiday, maintaining their independence within a prestigious area for the optimal use of landscape resources and a highly vocated Tusa (ME) territory tourist located about 30 km from Cefalù and 90 km from Palermo.
The Holiday Apartment "Luna Chiara Residence" is located within the inhabited center of Tusa (Prov. Messina) about 500 meters from its center and overlooks a large courtyard on one side and a refined internal garden on the other. Adjacent to the structure there is a large avenue surrounded by the intense colors of the Nebroid vegetation.
A short drive away you can enjoy a large free beach of Castel di Tusa, which has been awarded the title of "Blue Flag" for the summer 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 consecutively, caressed by clear waters of the Tyrrhenian coast that separates it from the wild vegetation, with suggestive hilly panoramas immersed in an uncontaminated environment that complete the picture of a perfect "sea and mountains" holiday.
In compliance with the "Guidelines \ Protocols of the Government and of the Sicily Region" of May 16, 2020, the Guests must:
- present yourself with a mask worn and must undergo body temperature control with a thermoscanner operated by the owner of the holiday home, preventing guest access in the event of a temperature> 37.5 ° C; Guests must always wear a mask in the common areas (internal staircase and external entrance), and must keep a distance of at least 1 meter from other unrelated subjects, following all information measures on prevention.
-The entry of strangers who have no reservation is not allowed.
All cleaning interventions follow the instructions dictated by the circular of the Ministry of Health n. 5443 of February 22, 2020.
