The only "off limits" areas in our house are the two owner's closets in the basement which are locked as well as the places we keep our supplies down there. We encourage you to clean up after yourself as much as you'd like, but request that you put cleaning supplies back where they go when you are done.

The beautiful screened-in front porch is a shining star of this property as you will soon see. The cozy couch out there is hands-down the best place to share your morning coffee!

We have provided two retro bicycles with baskets for your enjoyment!

Brand new washer and dryer are located in our bright and cheery basement. The "home gym" is also in a corner of the basement and consists of a TV/DVD player, dumbbell rack, mirror, yoga mat, bands, sliders and numerous Beachbody workout programs. *Please note that after a big rain, we will sometimes get a few water puddles on the basement floor. Nothing too worrisome but we do want our guests to be aware.

Non-shedding pets are welcome with the pet fee and we glady provide 2 leashes, 2 food bowls, potty bags and even some milkbones for your furry friends. We do ask that you clean up after your pets messes in the yard before you leave. We do not have a fully fenced in back yard, so we have provided a small portable play fence for your use, if desired. Additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive pet hair.

Children are always welcome and we have supplied a baby gate (can also be used for pets inside), pack-n-play, outlet covers, children's books, games and toys. Please note that we have a steep rocky front yard that kids in the neighborhood love to "rock climb" up which is so much fun, but that does require supervision.

The hot tub area is available for your use anytime, but we do ask that you keep it quiet outside after 10pm. Water will be sanitized and/or replaced after each use. Please replace the cover when you are finished using the hot tub as this keeps the water nice and hot.

Kitchen has been stocked with all new appliances and with brand new Professional Series Pampered Chef cookware and utensils. We also supply a large variety of spices, flour, sugar, cooking spray and oil, foil, baggies and press-n-seal wrap. We ask that you wash dirty dishes or load into dishwasher, however, we prefer that you please HAND WASH the cookware to retain its non-stick surface. Kitchen has smaller size oven, large gas stove, microwave, crock pot, Keurig, rice cooker, blender, toaster and much more. We LOVE cooking and hope you will too in this new kitchen. For your coffee needs, we supply K-cups, creamer and sweeteners. There are two sets of dishes in the cabinet. One is every-day type and one is china. We like to use china everyday but it is not microwave safe so, be careful.

Front bedroom has a full size bed and a nice desk area. There is a Smart TV in the closet you are welcome to use but we have not mounted it.

The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and a dresser as well as a TV enabled with Chrome cast (so it can be used as a Smart TV).

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and a small desk. (no TV)

Living room has a large 65" TV, entertainment system that includes a record player, CD player, radio, aux cord and even a tape deck for those of you who still have your mix tapes! We also supply a DVD player in the cabinet for anyone who might want to use it.

Dining room has a large table and comfortable seating for 6.

The DRIVEWAY is shared with the next door neighbor so please NEVER block their way in/out. There is space to park 2 cars in our driveway. We have very kind neighbors and we want them to always be respected.

The Midtown location of this property is really its BEST FEATURE. We are located just a few blocks from Utica Sq. in one direction and Cherry St. in the other direction. St. John's Medical Center and HIllcrest Hospital are blocks away. We are within 3 miles of the Philbrook Museum, Tulsa Expo buildings, University of Tulsa, Woodward park and the Gathering Place. The BOK center, Tulsa Zoo are just a short driving distance. Restaurants, shopping, entertainment, night life are all just a short 10 minute walk.

Please note: A starter amount of supplies will be left for you. If you are staying for more than a day or two, you will likely need to purchase more supplies for yourself. There is a grocery store located very conveniently close to the property and we will be happy to help you with directions if needed.
