I hesitate to tell everyone how great this condo and hosts were because I don't want to have to book our next stay years in advanced, but to be honest, we've never stayed in a rental with better amenities, more organized, or more clean--the only thing missing from a luxury stay was plush bathrobes.They thought of just about everything: basic spices, coffee filters, leftover containers, chip clips, tin foil, baggies & cling wrap... Kleenex, paper toweling & toilet paper--and not the cheap thin kind and not just a starter to get you going, they were well-stocked.The unit was spotless upon arrival. The appliances were immaculate and looked brand new. Everything was top-of-the- line--SHARP Henkels knives--usually rental knife sets are cheap and routinely dull!Plenty of electrical outlets, thoughtful extra lighting in dark areas...a step stool we used to load supplies on the roof of our car when we left and tools available so when we needed to measure something, was able to borrow their tape measure.Maybe would have appreciated a backgammon board or cribbage set as we forgot ours, but used the playing cards we found in the closet.Dan was incredibly response to our texts and friendly. A wonderful experience all around!

Well-appointed condo, includes every amenity and detail a visitor could want, in addition to that spectacular view of the Catalina Mountains! The Proprietors are gracious and accessible. Wonderful location near restaurants and stores, as well as hiking trails. You should stay here!

Extremely clean, the kirchen had all of the essentials, communication was excellent with the owners. Being on the green belt looking at the mountains every morning watching the sunrise was one of my high lights. It was great having a gym on sight, a little old but it was clean.

The condo is as pictured, attractive, clean, comfortable and well stocked with conveniences. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony and admiring the view, when we weren't hiking at nearby Sabino Canyon and other Tucson area trail.

Once again…. A wonderful stay at Dan& Annes condo with spectacular view…..The condo is so neat and clean and has everything necessary…. Including complete privacy and able to listen to the wonderful sounds of coyote at night! Great place!! Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and nice couch. The HVAC system was a bit wonky as it did not respond well to our inputs to heat in the morning as well as AC in the afternoons. While the system seemed fairly self explanatory, we had difficulty. Thanks again!

Fabulous Property

This condo was the best of both worlds. In the condo you felt you were alone with a desert vista, yet dining and shopping were just minutes away. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need. It was very, very quiet. It is beautifully decorated and was sparkling clean. There are three pools on the property and some walking trails in the canyon wash behind the building. Attractions such as Saguaro National Forest, Mount Lemmon and San Xavier du Bac are less that an hour away. There really is nothing negative to say. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

Perfect Place

The place has everything including beautiful views, peaceful and quiet setting and a clean comfortable accomodation. The nearby pool and hot tub are a great feature. The location is convenient and close to great hiking areas like the Sabino Canyon, restaurants and groceries. The hosts Dan and Anne were very helpful and always available to communicate. A WONDERFUL STAY

I would highly recommend this place. The condo was So clean, perfect for 4 adults. We were pleased with the location. Close to hiking, shopping and resterants. To start our day, we had coffee on the back deck that had an Awsome view of the Catalina mountains. We would definitely rent from the owners again.

Great place & location for hiking!

This property is new, clean, comforatable and well equiped. It also has a nice view of the Catalina Foothills from the living room, master bedroom and deck. There is an adjustable height work desk in both bedrooms, an added plus. It's very quiet and close to nature which we appreciated. We heard some coyotes at night and saw a bobcat and javelina from the deck! We hiked in numerous nearby canyons and Saguaro National Park. Good restaurants, a supermarket and all else you need is just a 5 minute drive away. The owners were quick to respond, though we had no issues. We would stay here again!

Quiet Retreat with Amazing Views!

Wow! So excited to have found this amazing property. Thank you to our hosts Dan & Anne for their lovely condo with fabulous views of the mountains. We were visiting family in Tucson and really enjoyed this quiet 2nd floor condo. The condo offered a well laid out kitchen, two queen beds with plush bedding, plenty of towels for the 4 of us and seating areas for dining and visiting. Located just a mile from Sabino Canyon, plenty of restaurants (Piazza Gavi was fabulous!) and grocery options, this condo is perfect for a short or long term stay. The condo community offered 3 pools with plenty of seating and a fitness center with sophisticated equipment. Our hosts were helpful and responsive to all of our communication. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Tucson!
