'Room mini fridge didnt work was leaking had to go to front desk and request a new one be placed in room after I was offered a new room which was dirty .. a lot of stains on chair looked like piss.. ice machine was broke on a hot 90 degree day …. Hallway had holes in ceiling like construction holes … lobby attendant knocked on my door and covered the peep hole .. which had me and my 2 daughters terrified when asked why he did that he stated for his safety.. ok yet I’m a women with 2 daughters...

'Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at this MCM hotel. Room was great, easy parking. Anna on the front desk was outstanding in helping us with places to see, as was her colleague at the bar. Only thing that needs improvement is communication - our flight was delayed by 24hrs and my four different attempts at contacting the hotel received no response. Looking forward to returning again soon.'

'This post is not about Tru, thiabis a bad experience with expedia. I book this a week prior by accident. I bought the 9 dollar insurance as well. I booked the wrong date, it was completely my fault, I was unable to file a claim and expedia would not help me. They blamed it on the hotel and told me some one would reach out to me in 2-3 days from our conversation. That was last Monday. I will becanceling my expeida account and spend my money elsewhere were.'

'I was waaaay taller than the shower head (I’m 5’7) & conveniently, I could see exactly how unclean it was as well. The glass shower door didn’t shut all the way so it leaked in the floor, the water never got anywhere near hot (morning OR night), and the entire sliding bathroom door was off the hinges and leaning against the wall. The elevator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. And no… they did not have full size pillows. Check in was nice. For $200 and a $50 deposit, it’s NOT worth it...

'Couldn’t connect to WiFi. For a Garden Inn, it’s definitely on the lower end. I received a call asking if I was staying another night even though I already received a receipt to show I checked out earlier that morning.'
