'I didn’t get the promised text or email telling me what room I was in. I called the help number but it wasn’t answered. I left a message but have never been called back. I have tried that number about 12 times but it always goes to answer phone. There was another phone number mentioned on my earliest Expedia correspondence and when I called it an Indian man said I had a wrong number. The host, Reshma, was unbelievably helpful in guiding us through some travel difficulties, and did everything imaginable for us, including a pickup and dropoff. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!'
