« Beautifull »

« Great hotel! It's located around 10 minutes from the city center by foot, so you can do everything walking. A great plus is the personnel - everyone was really helpful and nice, ready to help whenever needed. Last but not least, the bedrooms were amazing!!! The beds are very confortable and big, the room is spacious and everything was very clean. And we can’t not mention the private onsens inside the hotel. They are available for the guests, and they are great. We Reallyv recommend this hotel! »

« Convient parfaitement aux familles, grande chambre. Très propre, nouveaux kimonos chaque jour. Shuttle service every time we needed to go to Yudanaka downtown. Very friendly staff, d’une grande gentillesse. Avoir un onsen à domicile (intérieur et extérieur) était un régal dont nous avons largement profité. Petit parc public avec des jeux pour enfants juste à côté. »

« The breakfast included was fresh and filling with local foods included. They still took time to best explain everything even with the language barrier. The staff was helpful and from the private onsen to the room, everything was very clean. Very close to the town center without the possible noise and foot traffic if it was any closer. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. »

« 建物はちょっと年数が経っているせいか、昭和の雰囲気を感じました。部屋の中や廊下などなど清潔感、部屋の中の設備・備品などは完璧です♪ 天然温泉♨️なので泉質は最高です♪ 源泉が違うのか、硫黄の香りは少な目です♪ また、温泉の質からカベなどには影響を感じられます♪ 浴室にあるトイレがしゃがみ式であったのにはびっくりしました‼️ スタッフ方々は皆さん笑顔が素敵でいろいろなお願いにも親切に対応して頂き、嬉しかったです♪♪ また、行きたく👍なります❗️ 　　草津良いところ一度はおいで〜 このホテルは建物は古いですが、食事は最高😃 料金もリーズナブルなので、皆さんにお勧め❗️ 間違い無し‼️ »

« The room was really spacious with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was included but dinner we ate out as the hotel is large and they can't accommodate everybody. This was not a problem as there were so many restaurants in town. You do need to time the shuttle bus well though. Overall, a brilliant place to visit and really worth the money. »

« Nice outdoor onsen »

« It is an older building without elevator. It has a small onsen that only 4 people are allowed to use at the same time. Different onsen for male and female I have no problem using the onsen. The room has toilet and wash basin but no shower. Light breakfast is included. The Ryokan is located right in town. Just a short walk to the Yubatake. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a decent place to stay overnight. »

« Très bien et chambre agréable »

« I really liked the dinner options, we stayed for three nights and had different dishes each evening. The waitress was very lively and kind. It was a lot too it and I was very sad that I wasn't able to finish everything. »

« Excelente espacio para hospedarse, el staff es súper amable y alegre. La habitación en la que nos quedamos era bastante grande y cómoda. Por el precio es acorde a lo que ofrece el hotel. Solo si hace falta actualizar parte del mobiliario para disfrutar aún más la estancia. »
