'Great hotel and lovely staff '

'The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. There was definately a problem with ants in the villa especially in the upstairs...

'Amalia & Yannis are wonderful hosts. The villa is beautiful, well thought out and absolutely everything you need is there. When we did need help like a taxi or advice on where to seek a Dr, they were super speedy and helpful with their response. The villa is a 5min walk into the centre of the small town and a 5-10min walk to the beach or a 10min taxi ride to Zakynthos town. We hope to be back soon!'

'Was a lovely villa and great location, nice and clean and tidy with regular visits from cleaners. The indoor and outdoor spaces were lovely including the pool which was always clean.The couple of small points for us that would have made it a 5 - we had a couple of small issues with communications as there seemed to be two teams we dealt with, so made it a little confusing who to contact and as such were a couple of small delays to queries (though always responsive, friendly and helpful).For us,...
