'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'

I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. 'The only complaint we had was we were on the 4th floor and the water never really got warm enough innthe shower. The facilitybwas clean, staff were friendly, and it looked modern. However when staying for surgery the next day it would of been nice to have a hot shower.'

'Rooms are not quiet and if you have loud neighbors on the sides or across the hall, you will hear everything. The doors are not sealed well enough and slam easily if not held to close. Sound insulation is non-existent. If you don’t mind that noise and you can sleep with it, the place is very clean and the staff is very nice. The location is good right off the freeway. The toilet handle, light switch cover and desk light were all broken or cracked. I would stay here again but ask for an end room...
