'What makes Leonor special is the service. Staff is very friendly. From check in to check out you are taken care of, always with a smile. Food is delicious, bar is inviting and cozy. Room is modern and bed is so comfortable. We also used their parking, very handy. Don't even look further, this is the place to stay in Strasbourg. We will certainly be back! '

'Fine stay in a junior suite. The remark at checkin that an upgrade we were entitled to was not available and then was compensated with a free drink was a kind of cheapo.
