Très belle chambre avec vue magnifique ! Le personnel très gentil ! La proximité avec les activités ! Le Sky bar , le restaurant mais aussi et surtout le petit déjeuner ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Parfait
Première nuit dans la chambre familiale malheureusement la deuxième nuit la chambre n’était plus dispo donc on a eu une chambre supérieure. Petit bémol dans la chambre familiale où il manquait un rideau de douche ou une paroi Produits Rituals dans la salle de bain. Café et thé à disposition a la réception ainsi que des fruits Petit déjeuner: incroyable !!!! 3 types de saumon, jambon, Roastbeef, yeux des différentes façons , fruits , pancake , gaufres et j’en passe ! Le meilleure petit dej qu’on ait eu en Norvège ! Le personnel est très sympathique, avenant et poli ! Attention : l’accès au roof top bar est interdit au mineur dès 20h (loi norvégienne)

Personnels de l’accueil peu attentifs et aucunement à l’écoute ; eau froide le matin à la douche… réponse du personnel « on sait « … aucune excuse et même pas une compensation de type on vous offre l’apéritif ce soir … autre exemple : soucis administratifs locaux, aucune aide pour trouver des téléphones ou des personnes ressources. Cet Hôtel a un débit de clients très important donc s’en fout car ils feront leur chiffre d’affaires. Par contre, petit déjeuner très bien. Le Sky bar, vue du 11e étage, ouvert uniquement du jeudi au samedi… séjour du dimanche au jeudi matin … donc pas d’accessibilité à ce bar qui est panoramique ! Chambre pas très bien nettoyée 4 étoiles ??

Nice hotel well situated.
Very nice hotel very well situated. Everything is nearby. Room are not that big but functional. Breakfast is very good. Service could be a point to improve. Often young people who don't know answer to basic question. It is ok not to know the answer, but they should then try to help finding it, instead of only saying 'i don't know'. An extra bravo for Mahmood who went the extra mile with us.

Albergo che andrebbe per alcune cose migliorato (arredo) ; molto pulite le stanze. Ma il bar è quasi sempre chiuso ed anche il bar al piano 11. Inoltre non abbiamo potuto prendere il caffè poiché la macchina era rotta. In un 4 stelle non deve verificarsi tutto ciò.

Wonderful location, beautiful view from my room. Room was a solo traveler room so it was pretty small. The staff, amenities, etc were fabulous! Highly recommend this place!! Breakfast had a wide selection and was pretty mainstream.

A nice hotel centrally located. Do not go for a standard room unless you are comfortable with clambering in to bed from just one side. Hotel lobby is very nice and good to sit in and have a drink and watch the boats. The breakfast is really, really good, with so much on offer.

Well located hotel with great views from high floors. Really good breakfast. Friendly staff. Only downsides were no parking and, like lots of Norway, the top bar was closed over Easter weekend.

Das Bett war super, wir haben prima geschlafen ! Tolle Aussicht ! Leider kein Fitnessraum und keine Sauna, geschweige denn Pool. Man hätte eine Straße weiter in eine 24h Mukkibude gehen können.Aber wer will das schon bei Eis und Schnee ? In der Suite für 1 Woche nur 3 Kleiderbügel, kein richtiger Schrank. Im Badezimmer nur 3 Haken für kleine Handtücher. Die Polstermöbel mit Wollbezug in der Suite und im Frühstücksraum waren schmuddelig, fleckig und zT vergilbt. Bei den hohen Kosten darf man mehr erwarten.

The hotel is in a great location with wonderful views over the habour where we were even able to see the Northern Lights from our bedroom window. The hotel offered everything we needed, with spacious rooms and great buffet breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place and would easily stay here again!

We are just back from a four day stay to celebrate a 60th birthday. The hotel has a lovely, spacious, modern feel. The rooms were plenty big enough and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with an enormous variety. The hotel is brilliantly placed by the harbour, shops and all the pick up points for trips. A very enjoyable stay!

This hotel is well located and has good breakfast but although we paid $1,200.00 for three nights for a Superior room they gave us the smallest hotel room I’ve ever been. It was horrible. Avoid it if you can.

We had a great view from our room. All around a great hotel with a smashing breakfast layout. Don’t miss the freshly made omelette by the Greek cook. Truly a first class affair. Unfortunately they don’t serve lunch. Skybar is a gem. You can see the Aurora from there on a good night. They need to put a gym and a pool with a spa and a sauna to make it perfect for anyone’s stay.
