Close to the beach of Anse-Ă -l'Ane and in the heart of the village, I offer for seasonal rental a single storey gite for 4 people with mezzanine, NOT OVERLOOKED.

Large, tastefully renovated one-bedroom apartment, the apartment is located at the end of a holiday residence with swimming pool.

You can enjoy the terrace and the private enclosed garden of 130 mÂČ not overlooked with the deckchairs and the Weber barbecue.

The apartment is made up of a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed. Another bed for 2 people is on the ground floor (possibility of 2 single beds or a large double bed).
The apartment is air conditioned.
The kitchen is equipped (large fridge, freezer, 4 burners, oven, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine) and is open on the terrace with a bar to enjoy the outdoors.

The bathroom is equipped with a beautiful walk-in shower, wc and sink.

Tea towels, sheets and towels are provided.

Wifi in the residence as well as a connection on the private network of the apartment.

Television, radio.

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2015.
Private and secure parking is also available inside the garden.
Car rental, mini-market, souvenirs and restaurants 50 meters from the apartment.

L'Anse-Ă -l'Ane is located just 25 minutes from the airport.

Merci Amélie pour l'accueil et les bons conseils nous avons passé une agréable semaine. Les moustiques sont présents mais les raquettes sont trÚs pratiques et il y a des moustiquaires pour les lits. Il fait trÚs chaud dans la chambre du haut mais en y mettant le ventilateur, c'est supportable.Le logement est fidÚle au descriptif. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied. Je recommande.

L'accĂšs Ă  la chambre sous les combles et la descente escalier sans une rampe cĂŽtĂ© gauche prĂ©sentent un risque. Portail manuel difficile Ă  manipuler. Isolation sonore inexistante du fait de la mitoyennetĂ© des appartements (4) dans la mĂȘme maison. L'environnement, jardin privĂ© et terrasse sans vis Ă  vis est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Le parking privĂ© dans le jardin est un plus. RĂ©ception par une personne trĂšs accueillante et disponible.

Chambre inconfortable

Les photos devraient ĂȘtre actualisĂ©es, manque de bain de soleil confortables, nous n'en avons eu qu'un, cassĂ©. La chambre mezzanine, c'est une fournaise malgrĂ© la climatisation et manque de luminositĂ© (pas de fenĂȘtre). Eau chaude quand les voisins n'ont pas tout utilisĂ©. Manque de confort et d'Ă©quipement (canapĂ© et matelas du lit inconfortables,....) Un trĂšs bon point concernant AmĂ©lie qui est de trĂšs bons conseils, Ă  l'Ă©coute et trĂšs gentille.

AgrĂ©able maisonnette avec terrasse et jardin.Proche de la plage. Mais malheureusement une chambre en mezzanine extrĂȘmement dangereuse ,pas de hauteur sous plafond, et pas de rambarde de sĂ©curitĂ©. TrĂšs sonore (on suis les conversations des voisins dans la chambre).Les coqs sont trĂšs prĂ©sents des le matin !! A rĂ©servĂ© Ă  des jeunes.

Logement sympathique avec un jardin agreable bien situé pour rayonner sur l ile. Dommage qu il s agisse d un chauffe eau solaire partagé pour 4 logements, en effet comme nous nous lÚvions tÎt, le matin nous n avions jamais d eau chaude.

Super situation

TrĂšs bien situĂ© avec la plage Ă  3 mn Ă  pied avec plusieurs resto sur la plage, superette, tabac presse, boulangerie, primeur... Navette en bateau vers Fort de France 'durĂ©e de la traversĂ©e 15 mn. Seul bĂ©mol, les moustiques !!! Pas de fenĂȘtres dans le logement mais des volets (ce qui rend le logement sombre ) mais la moustiquaire de la mezzanine est insupportable, on s'enroule dedans. Le soir, si on laisse le volet ouvert sur la terrasse, on se fait dĂ©vorer malgrĂ© l'anti moustique sur le corps. Quelques amĂ©nagements en ce sens sera vraiment nĂ©cessaire pour que ça soit le top !!!

Petit coin de paradis au calme, aucun vis Ă  vis, nous avions rĂ©servĂ©s pour 6 semaines Ă  l'Ă©tĂ© 2021, 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous avons pu nous rĂ©galer de coco qui tombait directement Ă  nos pieds dans le jardin. A l'intĂ©rieur, il ne manque rien, ustensile de cuisine, Ă©lectromĂ©nager (quelle bonne idĂ©e la machine Ă  laver, pas automatique dans les locations prĂ©cĂ©dente faite sur l'Ăźle) linge de lit et de toilette mĂȘme les moustiquaires car oui il y a des moustiques, comme sur la totalitĂ© du territoire, prĂ©sent surtout le soir et par temps humide mais avec un bon rĂ©pulsif et des vĂȘtements longs, nous n'en avons pas trop souffert Vacances confinĂ©s mais vacances quand mĂȘme grĂące au jardin et Ă  la piscine de la rĂ©sidence. AccĂšs rapide au supermarchĂ©, boulangerie, tabac et restaurants. Navette maritime a proximitĂ©. Pascal qui gĂšre les arrivĂ©es est adorable et toujours disponible. En bref, nous recommandons les yeux fermĂ©s.

Gßte créole magnifique proche de plage

Ce gßte se situe à 3mn à pied de la plage en marchant tranquille !!!! Pascale est trÚs accueillante et disponible et l on se sent chez soi !!!! Plage trÚs belle et calme, malgré le voisinage trÚs, voir trop sociable !!!! Moustiquaire au top, car moustiques surtout aprÚs la pluie, bref pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la Martinique sans véhicule, y a navette fort de France et bus pour les plages du sud, mais la location d une voiture c'est mieux. Merci beaucoup Pascale !!!!

Hello Alizee Just to say thanks for a reasonable stay. On the surface the Gite is lovely, however we did find some important things lacking. One being there is no can opener, no Cork screw for wine (very important in France).There was no welcome pack which we understood there would be for when we had arrived. (this was provided at Number 38 where we stayed the first two weeks. Yes we did expect that there would be sufficient toilet paper there as well...and to be told by you this is not a hotel, well that's terrible.. Another thing is the bulb had had gone out in the porch area out side so we sat In the dark for four days. As you know there is only one anyway the other has been disconnected. We did contact you for Pascale's e mail but you never replied. When we was leaving on the 10th we managed to show Pascale the problem of the light and we think she sorted it. But it would have been nice to done this whist we was staying Apart from this we had a lovely time, sadly the car we had on hire from Europcar was vandalized on the 9th by someone one with a key or knife. Excellente location

TrÚs bon accueil par Pascale, résidence idéalement située, toute proche de la mer (100 m). Desservie par la navette pour Fort de France. Boulangerie et supérette à proximité, restaurants et bars juste à cÎté. La résidence est trÚs bien équipée (moustiquaires, transats, TV, Barbecue, Box internet, machine à lavée, etc ...). Location bien située

Location bien placĂ©e, Ă  proximitĂ© de la plage et des commerces. Attention aux moustiques ! rĂ©sidence construite sur une mangrove (marais) ; donc Ă©normĂ©ment de moustiques. En ce qui concerne la location, il manque certaines choses, notamment une glaciĂšre et autre ustensile utile pour cuisiner. Le bĂ©mol : le linge de toilette ; nous avons eu en tout pour 3 semaines 2 serviettes de toilette, 2 gants et 2 torchons. La propriĂ©taire m'a dit de laver moi-mĂȘme mon linge (franchement quand on est en vacances on n'a pas envie de se soucier de cette corvĂ©e) ou Ă©ventuellement un supplĂ©ment me serait facturĂ© pour une demande de linge en plus !!! J'ai l'habitude de rĂ©server des locations en Martinique et le linge Ă©tait changĂ© toutes les semaines et sans supplĂ©ment ! En ce qui concerne le couchage, il faut ĂȘtre acrobate, sous les combles (pas pratique), vous dormez Ă  50 cm du plafond ! RĂ©amĂ©nagement Ă  faire. Attention au panier garni, certains produits Ă©taient pĂ©rimĂ©s.
