Amara 2 - beautiful brand new villa with amazing sea view

Villa Amara 2 is nestled within the Domaine d'Amara, a private and secure estate offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Built in 2025, the villa is very spacious (500 m²) and features a very large 200 m² terrace with an 11 m x 4 m infinity pool, from which you can watch the sunset over the sea every evening! The villa is furnished in a modern and functional style, beautifully decorated, and features 4 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The villa is brand-new and very spacious. It includes a living room with 2 sofas and a very large 200 m² terrace with an infinity pool. Three of the four bedrooms open directly onto the terrace, and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a very large king-size bed (180 x 200), the third has a 160 x 200 bed, and the fourth has two twin beds (90 x 200) that can also be arranged as a double bed. A half-bathroom (or guest restroom) is also available.
The kitchen opens onto the living room, so you can prepare your meals while looking out at the ocean.

To get there, drive through the town of Trois Ilets, head toward Anse Mitan, and follow the road to the Yacht Club. We’ll be waiting for you at the villa upon your arrival.
The Anse Mitan neighborhood is a very pleasant tourist area where you’ll find many shops, restaurants, and nearby beaches. It’s a strategic location for exploring southern Martinique and visiting the island’s most beautiful spots.

The villa is located in the Domaine d’Amara, which features four beautiful, luxurious villas available for vacation rentals. Each villa offers ocean views and is set in its own lush, green surroundings. The estate is gated and secure; you’ll be provided with a remote control to gain access.
Events and parties are strictly prohibited. The villa is reserved for families on vacation or guests working remotely.
